Don’t Choose a Career Because it’s Lucrative

The career that will be lucrative for you is the one made for you. Choose a career based on what you can do and what you love, not what's trendy.

The yardstick for choosing a career isn’t about what’s lucrative or trendy. It’s about YOU. What you love. What you can do. What you’re made to do. Your purpose.

A ‘lucrative career’ is one handled by someone made for it. You find that work attractive because the person doing it makes it so. You can get there and mess it up because it isn’t for you.

No work has inherent attraction.

The charm you see in football is placed there by the dexterious touch of a player born for it.

Think of any ‘lucrative’ career. It’ll be hard to separate the skillful individual doing it.

Find what you are made for and it’ll be a wonder.
